Karen Wannell (Rainbowfish) is the unit leader at Chertsey Rainbows. She has been the leader for ten years and is helped each week by three assistant leaders - Whalefish, Nemo and Dolphin and also assisted by three young leaders - Octopus, Seahorse and Dory.
